1. Traffic Usage

All NLC business hosting account plans come with a predetermined amount of traffic allowance. NLC monitors in real-time all accounts and will bill R90.00 for each gig of traffic exceeded. This amount is prorated, meaning that 1 mb – 1 gig will be treated and billed as the same.

 

2. NLC reserves the right: Refusal of Service
Next Level Communication reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at its sole discretion.
All hosted domains must adhere to the NLC policies and protocols. 

 

3. Hosting payable
By the 25 - 29th of each month for the calendar month hosting in advance.

(1) client's chosen billing method payable to NLC through cash, EFT's (Electronic Fund Transfers), direct deposits or stop orders.

(2) if possible delivered by e-mail an invoice in accordance with the applicable Service Fees for services rendered for the month ahead. When an invoice is delivered to the client, payment shall be remitted to NLC by no later than the specified payment due date.

 

4. Suspension of Service
NLC shall be entitled to immediately suspend hosting agreements for client’s failure to make timely payments. View more on this

 

5. Termination of Service
NLC shall be entitled to immediately terminate hosting agreements for client’s failure to make continuous monthly payments or web design fees within the agreed time frames. View more on this

 

6. Billing
NLC reserves the right not to email regular monthly hosting/ billing as this is an administrative challenge and all clients are fully aware of their monthly hosting billing in advance for the calendar year.

Example: (SA Satelite TV network DStv for example does not email billing to its clients and for many years they would display yearly increases on the TV screen via its decoder).

 

7. Prohibited actions by NLC clients
Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging, defamatory or are promotes hate speech. Links to such content or materials are also prohibited.

 

Examples of unacceptable content or links:

  • Pirated software.
  • Hacker programs or archives.
  • Sites distributing copyrighted content without proper licenses.
  • Hacker programs, credit card dumps, hacker focused sites.
  • Fraudulent sites (fake banking services, fake login pages, any other site mining information in illegal ways).
  • Viruses, trojan horses, mass ping, ddos, udp or tcp flood scripts, or other kind of destructive scripts
  • Pornography.
  • Child pornography (If NLC is to locate child pornography willingly uploaded to a client account, then the client account will be terminated instantly without any possibility of a refund).
  • Spamming other NLC clients or extremely spamming to any email addresses.
  • NLC clients needs to ensure their computers and email devices such as blackberry phones, smart phones, tablets, etc are virus free as to possible infect other email users because of viruses and trojans attached with going emails mailed.
  • Any drug related content or activities.
  • Any activities doomed illegal.

 

 

NOTICE:

IF NLC CLIENTS ACCOUNT (S) IS FOUND TO CONTAIN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, ILLEGAL MP3 FILES, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER PROGRAMS, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILES, THE CLIENT'S ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT NOTICE, AND A R300.00 CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY.

ADDITIONALLY, IF NEEDED BE NLC WILL NOTIFY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES OF SUCH ACTIONS.
